We stayed at Winter Quarters Manatee as part of our TT membership.Policies and General Information Check-in/Check-out there is a Village Arts celebration in Jan and we walked around to see and experience the event. several block of converted homes turned into art galleries with artist living in them. There is a section called Village Arts which is quite the deal. The area is very neat especially Bradenton. IF you go on beach and it seems/smells funny leave. found out there was some red tide up the beach and with wind we were getting it a bit. One day when sitting on beach we noticed we would get the urge to cough. The water is clear but Red Tide is a thing this time of year. We hit the beach several time with friend to chill and watch some cool sunsets. but when you et there plenty of parking at Manatee beach area with food, drinks and the free trolly stop as well. The beaches are not far but with traffic and traffic lights it take a bit. There if NO onsite recycling we could find and up by the trash container is a nice air pump to use for car/truck/MH tires. it did get cold and cloudy are well at times. There is the mix if annuals, snow birds here for winter and us travelers all having fun in the sun. Most of the sites have a paved section with picnic table and the FHU pedistal. Its not super tight but extra large rigs could have some backing issues but not horrible like other parks we have been in. The area inside the resort are well maintenance with trees and such. the area is surrounded by lovely homes and condos. The location is super close to Walmart and Costco both in walking and bike riding distance if you wanted to. 121 volts was great and water is decent with a 179 TDS and like <10 grains of hardness. We use 30 amp and the socket was warn but OK when i plugged in EMS box. BE sure to check the elec connection before connecting as some are in not so good shape. (est 6 months or so from Jan 2023?) The RV spots are overall OK, there is power, water and sewer hookups. The DOT is working on building a noise wall out front which will help with traffic noise a ton when complete. Here for the two weeks we get with TT with spot out my the interstate.
